Snap Professional Edition

The Snap Professional Edition is a stand alone software package incorporating paper, phone, e-mail and web surveys. With Snap Professional you can design and publish your questionnaire, enter data and analyze results using tables and charts. Snap also provides the ability to read and update MS Access and SQL database tables (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.) and is compliant with the Section 508 Access Boards standards and the W3C Web Accessibility Guidelines. You can print paper questionnaires for postal or face-to-face interviews or conduct telephone, e-mail or web-based surveys.

In my role within Design Services at HSBC, I am responsible for managing all of the online surveys. I have been involved with designing employee surveys for a number of years and in 2005 we had an excellent response rate, with over 22,500 responses for our main employee survey. I have created surveys, for employees all over the world and have recently been involved with surveys in Malaysia, Canada and USA to name a few.
