Email Surveys
Email questionnaires have never been as popular as web questionnaires because of the inability to add much look-and-feel to the surveys. There are no page breaks, the fonts are standard and the respondent does have to be cautious when completing the surveys.
Designing an email survey in Snap is exactly the same as for any other mode, with the same types of questions, titles and note fields. Boxes do not appear as with normal electronic questionnaire and are replaced by parentheses.
Replies are entered within the parentheses and when Snap imports the replies, it checks for [ and ] and reads the contents.
Once the replies are back into Snap, the analysis is the same as for any type of survey.
