Course & Instructor Evaluation SurveyPak

Snap’s Course & Instructor Evaluation SurveyPak reference library contains hundreds of questions and a number of standardized, complete questionnaires specific to Course and Instructor Evaluations. The SurveyPak may be used in two different ways: Through Snap’s reference window, the library of questions can be searched via the index tree or by specifying keyword searches. Once an appropriate question is identified it can then be dragged and dropped into a questionnaire being designed in Snap. As an alternative, the SurveyConstructor Wizard provides facilities to create complete surveys from wizard templates found in the SurveyPak. These standardized evaluation surveys are ready for publication in minutes compared with the hours that may have been required to create the same survey from scratch.

Framework for Course and Instructor Evaluation

Snap provides a framework for the management of your online instructor and course evaluations along with the seamless integration of the data captured in the online evaluations with data captured in similar evaluations done with paper and mobile methods (PDA’s, Tablet PC’s, Kiosk) for combined analysis:

  • Upon successfully logging in, a student will be presented with a list of evaluations they are to take and the status of those evaluations (e.g. Not Started, Started Not Complete and Completed).
  • From the menu list of evaluations, the student will be able to launch any evaluation not yet completed.
  • If an evaluation is restarted after being saved partially complete, Snap will restore all answers and resume the evaluation from where the student left off.
  • Data from the evaluations may be analyzed online with Snap's Web-based Online Analysis module or merged with paper and mobile evaluation data on any PC containing the Snap PC software for combined analysis.
